of their ability to pay, should receive the quality

can help to create new programs or help us to expand
hours and offer the broadest choice of appointments
possible. Your support can cover costs for a patient

but still suffers financial hardship. Your contribution
can truly and positively impact the life of someone
in need.

Between
1955 and 1992, the number of cervical cancer deaths
in the United States declined by 74% - the main reason
for this life-saving reduction was the increased use
of the Pap smear. A Pap smear is a screening procedure
that permits diagnosis of pre-invasion and early invasive
cancer. Early detection is the most powerful weapon
we have in the battle against cancer. Unlike other cancers,
conditions leading to cervical cancer can be detected
before invasive cancer develops. With appropriate evaluation
and follow-up, these conditions are nearly 100% treatable.
